Delivery Information

As all the products featured on the website are manufactured to customer’s exact requirements and don’t just come off a shelf, our dispatch times can vary.
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. Depending on the current workload and stock levels of specific fabrics it might be slightly shorter or longer than 5 working days, but we always get the orders dispatched ASAP. Once the slats have left us delivery usually takes 1 or 2 working days depending on the courier.

Any delivery costs will be clearly shown in the shopping cart and all orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.

When the slats are delivered someone will be required to sign for them so when placing your order it would be advisable to provide a delivery address that will be occupied between 9am and 5pm.

If your home address is usually unoccupied between these times then perhaps you should consider having your order delivered to a neighbours house or other family members address (but don’t forget to let them know to expect the delivery)
