I have an unusual sized window can you supply slats that will fit?
All of our slats are custom made to your sizes so we can produce the exact length you require.

Do you use pre-made slats and trim them to the sizes I supply?
No all our slats are measured and cut to order by our computer controlled machinery from large rolls of fabric we get from the fabric supplier.

How long does it take for orders to be produced?
We aim to manufacture and dispatch orders within 5 working days. As all the products are manufactured to customer’s requirements, depending on the current workload and stock levels of specific fabrics it might be quicker or longer than 5 working days, but we always get the orders dispatched ASAP. Once the slats have left us delivery usually takes 1 or 2 working days depending on the courier.

Do you only supply 89mm wide slats? I need 127mm slats!
We supply both widths of slats in a wide variety of patterns and colours.

Do you glue or stitch the pockets for the weights and hangers?
We always stitch the fabric. Although it is quicker and cheaper to glue the pockets, the glue will usually discolour the fabric and will often come unstuck after a few years. We use a semi transparent nylon thread which taken on the colour of the slat to make the stitch line as unobtrusive as possible. We don’t just use white thread on all the colours like some people.

Do the new slats come with new hangers to attach the fabric to the head rail?
Yes the slats come with new hangers sewn into the top of the fabric ready to clip onto your head rail.

The little chains along the bottom of my existing vertical blinds are broken. Do you supply new ones with my new slats?
Yes. All our slats come complete with new white stabilising chain (the chain that links the bottom of the slats together) as standard.

The weights in the bottom of my existing slats are old and I would like some new ones to go with my new slats. Can I get new weights when I order new slats?
Yes when you order your new slats you have the option of purchasing new white weights.

Part of my blinds head rail is broken and it doesn’t work properly anymore. Can you repair it for me?
Unfortunately due to the number of different vertical blind systems used we are unlikely to have the correct parts required to repair the blind.

Do you supply other types of blinds?
